A signed-in workspace is not a paid subscription. Production entitlements must be confirmed by the billing provider and a trusted backend.
All applicable requirements, approved evidence, source currency, reconciliation, and required reviewer checks must pass in trusted server-side processing. The offer is then recorded as complete and the billing provider is instructed to stop future charges.
Customers may cancel renewal at any time, regardless of preflight status. Access continues for the period already paid for; cancellation is not contingent on PCC approval.
An ordinary “no blockers” preview is not a verified Final CO Preflight. It cannot automatically terminate billing. Once payments are live, the subscription will be canceled only after the payment provider confirms the request; failed cancellation attempts will remain visible for resolution.
