Privacy & Data Handling

Use the site without guessing where your information goes.

This page explains how the PCC website and MAS Offer Builder review environment currently handle submitted information.

Public website inquiries

Information submitted through the Contact page is stored in PCC’s website data environment so PCC can review and respond to the inquiry. The public form asks for contact information, company name, the type of help requested, timing, and a short description.

Do not use the public form to submit passwords, classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information.

MAS Offer Builder accounts and workspaces

The review version of MAS Offer Builder supports member sign-in and member-restricted workspace records. Company-profile information, offer-workspace state, evidence metadata, findings, and draft information can be stored in the PCC site backend for the signed-in member.

Source-file extraction for SAM records and capability statements currently occurs in the user’s browser. The file itself is not yet uploaded to the PCC cloud document vault in this build. The interface identifies that limitation when the feature is used.

Source and verification status

The Builder distinguishes between information the system extracted, information the vendor confirmed, and information later validated against an authoritative source. A capability statement may seed company information but is not automatically treated as authoritative proof of registrations, certifications, or other regulated representations.

Third-party services

The website uses Wix infrastructure and may link to external government or commercial services. Information you submit directly to those external services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
